Article 7 - Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal by the consumer and the costs thereof

  1. If the Consumer makes use of their Right of Withdrawal, they will report this within the Reflection Period in an unambiguous manner to Elle La. The Consumer may choose their preferred mode of withdrawal themselves. The Consumer may also make use of the ACM Model Form for Revocation, to be found at: https://www.acm.nl/sites/default/files/old_publication/publicaties/12754_modelformulier-ontbinding-herroeping-2014.pdf.
  2. As soon as possible, but within fourteen (14) Days from the day following the notification referred to in paragraph 1, the Consumer shall return the product, or hand it over to (an authorised representative of) Elle La. This is not necessary if Elle La has offered to retrieve the product themselves. In any case, the Consumer has complied with the return period when they return the product before the Reflection Period has expired.
  3. The Consumer will return the product with all delivered accessories in the original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Elle La.
  4. The Consumer carries the risk and burden of proof for the right and timely exercise of the Right of Withdrawal.
